Donald Minott is a singer, songwriter and poet born in Jamaica, in a small town called St. Catherine. He grew up with Reggae beats of music, a living and vocal role models were his great men among Jamaican singers such as Delroy Wilson, Ken Boothe, Bob Andy, Heptones, Freddie McGregor, Burning Spear, Dennis Brown, Horace Andy and especially to Bob Marley his group the Wailers ... as a high school student loved the poetry that is actively engaged and participating in numerous poetic gatherings. Then in 1986 Donald emigrated to America, in the town Hatford, where regular visits to local Reggae events in which is given an opportunity to sing in front of audience, and so began his singing karijeru. Soon being invited to perform with the following bands Reggae: Rough Neck Massive, Positive Vibrations and the Lightning Reggae Band-om which is also the founder.With the Lightning Reggae Band Donald visits the entire north America, and later established a High Voltage Reggae Band with which even today successfully performed throughout the United States. In Donald Minott his career he has shared the stage with many reggae greats such as Burning Spear, Toots Hibbert, Culture, Alton Ellis, Yellowman, Beres Hammond, Luciano, Sizzla, Damian Marley, Buju Banton, Morgan's Heritage, Maxi Priest ...
